Customer service is great! The products are amazing but sometimes there are mistakes and is when having a great customer service helps. Love everything I’ve gotten from Lastaforest.

I ordered a crema separator, which unfortunately broke while I was cleaning it. The handle had come loose from the cup; in my opinion, it should have been secured with at least two spot welds. This appears to have been a production flaw rather than an issue caused by Lastaforest. Nevertheless, they sent me a replacement free of charge. I appreciate the way they handled the situation and their customer service.

I ordered a bottomless portafilter, but unfortunately it didnt fit my espresso machine. And where i live it would cost alot in shipping to send it back. But Lastaforest where so nice that i got a refund and didnt have to send the portafilter back. So it was awesome customer service.

Products are well made and enhance my morning coffee ritual. Customer service is top-notch. Had a problem with an order, and they jumped in to solve it at once. Very pleased with Lastaforest.

I received the wooden scale and damaged during shipment, the customer support promptly helped to send a replacement unit. I am a happy customer.
