Horrible!!!! Nobody responds at all.. I’ll report them anywhere I can find

Horrible experience! I ordered a scale and wanted to cancel 10 minutes later but nope!! Nobody helped me at all. Not gonna get something from there again.

Item purchased took over 6 weeks to arrive. Unacceptable. Customer Service was notified numerous times, but was never resolved. Would not recommend.

Honestly the (2nd) worst communication and service i have experienced. Late package. Unclear info. I even had them send two conflicting emails in the same day. Tell me it's available for pick up and then not give the pick up location. Automated slop that is not well maintained.

Mi è piaciuto molto il periodo di prova perchè mi ha permesso di fare attività fisica a vari stadi di intensità;tenendo conto che le giornate non sono sempre tutte uguali e che a volte si torna a casa dall' ufficio con poca voglia di allenarsi. Ora attendo solo di poter rinnovare la mia esperienza con loro e valutarne i benefici in un periodo più lungo.

Fast delivery, kept me informed where my order was, product as described

I purchased the espresso vacuum wand. I am disappointed in the size, it is smaller than what I had expected for the dollar amount paid. the collection chamber is small and fills up quickly. I believe the video shows the advanced barista vacuum version, which is misleading for the home espresso model. The charging cord was faulty, would not charge, so that went into the trash bin. I would return it if it were easier to conduct business. I'll stick with Amazon or Temu for any further express accessories I need.

So disappointed to learn that these item are just cheap Chinese products rebranded as something European. Bought a digital thermometer that works fine and their high profile funnel portafilter, that’s supposed to make your espresso better tasting…it doesn’t. Closer to the opposite, actually. It also took forever. Won’t be back.
