Cathy, Thank you for shopping with us. We're glad we could get your new player all set up to try out lacrosse. We're sure he will have a great time and will want to keep going. Please let us know if you need anything else as his season kicks off. Thanks again.
Every time we come into Lacrosse Fanatic we get excellent, friendly service, and this time was no exception. My son needed a replacement head for his long pole, and the person who helped us took the time to explain the different types of heads for defense and even let him try out the one he ended up selecting. It's always the best experience.

Stephanie, Thank you for your continued business. We're glad we were able to walk through the different defensive heads with you and then let him test drive the one he wanted, to make sure it was a good fit, before you purchased it. We'll see you the next time you need new lax gear. Thanks again.
Quick shipment, but had to call the store due to an issue on the third party deliverer’s site. Spoke with Paul and he was all over it. He was very friendly and got to the bottom of my issue. My item was delivered on time and as expected but was nice of them to take the time to deal with my issue with a personal touch.

Kenneth, Thank you for shopping with us. We're sorry there was a minor issue with UPS on this order, but it sounds like Paul was able to help get it sorted out for you and the item arrived as expected. Please log back in the next time you need anything and we'll provide the same 5-Star service. Thanks again.,

Inventory of Gait sticks was way more than other big box stores and shipped very fast.

Creighton, Thank you for your business. We're glad we had the Gait Whip complete stick you wanted in stock. Gait is so popular at the moment, that it's sometimes hard to keep them in stock. We hope you enjoy it. Please check back with us the next time you need any new gear.
My son gets a custom helmet for his birthday every year with present money from family. Then passes on a helmet to someone that needs one. This site is the easiest to customize helmets on. And usually the only one with visuals. That lets him study and consider each detail over time. That is very important to him. He also got a massive savings on gloves to go with this year’s helmet. He shops hard for deals and hates spending his own money. But he is hyped up now. Much appreciated!

Ryan, Thank you for shopping with us. We're so glad that your son enjoyed working with our helmet customizer. We put a lot of time and effort into creating that tool so our customers could see their different options. Please be sure to check in the next time you need any lax gear. Thanks again.
