Adrienne, Thank you for shopping with us. We appreciate you letting us know about the issue you experienced with our website's shipping calculator. I just tried calling you to discuss, but your voicemail is full so i sent an email. Based on the information provided, your intended order should have qualified for our free shipping promotion. We have tested the system and can't recreate the issue. We are working with the shipping app developer to determine what happened, before it effects anyone else. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and ask that you reach out to us so we can work out a plan to get you the other items you desired. Thank you again for your business.

Katherine, Thank you for shopping with us. We are sorry that our order didn't arrive as quickly as you wished. I see that it has been delivered as of yesterday. It looks like you placed the order on a Saturday and we had it processed for shipment that same day. But UPS doesn't pick up on weekends. You selected ground service which is usually delivered within 5 days, but isn't guaranteed. Unfortunately in the case of your package it took an extra couple of days to make it all the way across the country. I suspect the severe storms that are affecting a large part of the US slowed the progress a little bit. But I'm not sure what else we could have done on our end, we packaged your order the same day and shipped it out on the next business day. After that, it was completely out of our hands. But again I am sorry that you were not pleased with the service you received from us specifically. Thank you.

Ryan, I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with the shipping costs in your order. We do have the lowest FREE shipping threshold ( $59.99 order value) in online lacrosse retail. For all orders under the FREE shipping threshold, we try to use USPS Priority whenever possible. We do this to ensure that our packages are arriving within 2-3 business days of order date. While there are cheaper USPS First Class shipping options available we have generally found that these can take 5-10 business days on average and our customers are often unhappy with the shipping delays. The other main carriers (FedEx and UPS) are often slower and more expensive. For your 9/22/21 8:20 AM PST order of a roll of tape and 4 end caps at $16.45 plus $9.90 shipping we already sent this out on 9/22/2021 at 9:37 AM PST via USPS Priority mail. You should have these shortly. If these had not already been dropped off with USPS we would have extended an option to you of canceling your order. Our FREE Lax Fan Rewards program also has free shipping options that can be used on any order size. This might be something to keep in mind for future orders. Sorry again for your frustration, but thank you for sharing your feedback. We would be happy to discuss this more with you. You can call us at 916.363.8700 or reach out to [email protected] via email. Thank you!
