Rob, Thank you for shopping with us. Welcome to this fantastic sport. We're glad we were able to walk you through everything and our staff was able to share their knowledge and passion for the game with you and your family. We will see you soon. Thanks again.
Lacrosse fanatic is my go to for anything lacrosse related since I know I will get accurate information. My son needed his defense stick repaired for a tournament the next day. They were able to overnight the equipment by driving to UPS. Excellent customer service and they go above and beyond. The only place I will shop for future needs!

The service was outstanding. Charlie assisted us in finding exactly what we needed. He provided options for us to choose from which allowed us to make an informed purchase, and guided us with his extensive experience in the sport. Thank you and great job!

John, Thank you for your business. It is great to hear that Charlie took such great care of you. It sounds like he provided our benchmark service of informing you of your options but not trying to upsell you. Please let us know the next time you need any gear, we're here to help. Thanks again.
I was sent the wrong item twice, I emailed to let Lacrosse Fanatic know and received zero response

Shaun, Thank you for your business. I'm sorry there was an issue with your order. If you would like to call the store we would be happy to speak with you and try to find a resolution.
Great customer support. When the stick arrived, it was a slightly different model than what we thought we ordered, we called and they immediately picked it up, and the store shipped a new one out that day overnight.

John, Thank you for your business. We're sorry there was a mix up on your order. We strive for perfection with every order, but sometimes fall a little bit short. We're happy we were able to overnight the correct stick, which we can see was delivered today. We hope you will give us another chance in the future to deliver the 5-Star service we're known for.
It’s been 1 week and 4 days and still do not have a tracking number and no idea when we I’ll receive our delivery. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been a good experience and just sent a 4th email, hoping to get a response…? Price was good and paid $20 for expedite shipping which hasn’t been a benefit for the money… Update: thank you for the refund (without having to ask for it) since the item wasn’t shipped as requested. Looking forward to receiving my sons helmet tomorrow.

Lynn, Thank you for shopping with us. We are sorry that there was an issue with the expedited shipping on your order. It looks like our manufacturer missed that when they finished custom building and shipped your helmet. But I can see that it was delivered today, so combined with the refund we offered for the shipping charge, I hope we've made everything right for you. Sorry again for the frustration and thank you again.
