I am a Total Touch POS Dealer. Kurv has invested in and improved the product, Total Touch POS (Legacy Based POS) and I am currently upgrading my sites to the newest version. As the product now moves to a new SQL DB structure, we want to make sure all is executed properly. Kurv support, and more specifically Mark McGowan at TT Support, have put in a lot of time with my dealership, and these upgrades have been quite successful. I conveyed some feature requests/concerns from the merchants, and Mark and his team listened and made the necessary feature tweaks that were needed to makes things right. High level service, great products, execellent support.

I had a great experience working with Andrew Torres at Kurv Pay. On my first call, we ran into an issue waiting for a payment to batch out, and Andrew stayed on the phone with me for 10-15 minutes while we waited. When it turned out the batch hadn't gone through, instead of leaving me hanging, he told me he'd call me back the next day at the same time — and he actually did. We got the issue resolved, and I really appreciated his transparency and reliability throughout the process. It's rare to get that level of follow-through these days. Highly recommend working with Andrew if you're dealing with Kurv Pay.
