Recently purchased my 6th pair of Kurus. Needed to exchange the shoes for a smaller size. Had trouble navigating the return process so I texted Kuru. Josh got back to me immediately. Sent me a return shipping label and placed the order for a different size. Impeccable customer service. Thanks Josh!

Customer service person Morgan gave me amazing service for KURU shoe order over the phone. She was patient, and understanding helping me with my order. I ordered my second pair of Quantum Sneakers. She was glad to hear my feedback about the other kuru shoes that I have purchased in the past, and she said she would pass this on to the customer service team. Kuru shoes are one of the most comfortable walking shoes for my body and my situations. Hi my name is Daniel. I don’t believe all the bad reviews here about Kuru. I’ve owned 30 pairs of shoes and 10 different orthotics to fix my foot pain. Nothing worked! I had Chiropractics, Orthopedics and podiatrists doctors to make me custom inserts. Nothing worked for 3 years and boy did I suffer. I used to be a runner and had to stop. I couldn’t even make it thru the day without severe pain. Two doctors even told me I need to have surgery. Then I decided to look online for orthopedic shoes. I ran across Kuru and Othofeet shoes. Both are excellent shoes. However, what really fixed my foot problems is when I took the insoles of the Othofeet shoes and put them into the Kuru shoes. The insoles of the Kuru shoes are alittle thin. You can buy just the insoles of the Othofeet shoes. You would never believe how comfortable that combination is!!! It’s unbelievable!!! The Kuru shoes saved me and now I’m walking pain free. I can even run again without any pain! The Othofeet insoles are much thicker and works great in the Kuru shoes. It’s not that I couldn’t wear the Kuru shoes with their insoles. It’s just the Othofeet are thicker and I have thin feet. I hope this helps! You should really try Kuru and Othofeet. I have bought all the top name brand for foot problems. Nothing compares to these two. Maybe Brooks or Hoka is a third best!

Bought the Quantum style shoes February 2023. After about 2 1/2- 3 months, I started getting really bad knee pain. I didn’t think it was the shoes because I’d never had this happen before with new shoes. The knee pain was so bad, I called the VA for an appointment, but knowing the VA, I couldn’t get in there for a little over a month. I stopped wearing the shoes, and the knee pain stopped in about a week. I called Kuru to see if I could return or exchange them, and told them I had an appointment with the VA on July 14. They said they’d need proof. I told them when the appointment was, and would have proof the shoes were causing the pain due to the severity in which the shoes changed my step, and all of a sudden, they changed their mind and said, we can’t help you but here’s $10 towards another pair of shoes. Sure, like I’d really want to buy anything else from this junk company. So hopefully someone at Goodwill can used these over-priced, knee killing shoes, because I can’t. Hopefully they don’t kill their knees too. I do not recommend these shoes and stay clear of this company.

Decent show for restaurant kitchen floors, problem is the shoe laces go past my knees that long I called to say why did they send boot laces? That’s the only laces we have, I said really I have to triple tie them..said they would send shorter ones never did. Crappy customer service we will advice production,boohoo

I was a first time customer of Kuru. They constantly promote free shipping, free returns, free exchanges. I picked out a slipper that had 4 colors. Two were priced at $115; 2 were priced at $130. Only after buying it (one of the $115 colors), receiving it, and having it not fit properly, I was then told by Kuru that it had been a 'last chance' purchase and it was not eligible for return. I called their 800 'help' line 3 days after I received them (slippers were brand new) - and they had the gall to tell me the slippers were 'clearly marked' as non-returnable and they made no exceptions to this policy. Completely false that they were clearly marked as non-returnable. Deceptive practices - I wish I had read the Trustpilot and Yelp reviews. I did go back and find a tiny note on the picture of the color I purchased (and the other color priced at $115) that indicated it was a 'sale' - and NOTHING to say it was un-returnable. I submitted a review indicating my unhappiness on the site and Kuru didn't post it. Seems like perhaps their on-site ratings are higher because they don't post all the negative reviews. I'd suggest you read all the fine print before you consider buying something from them. I'm out $115 and will never buy from them again.
