Great experience, highly recommend it, I’m dealing with this company over five years and they are the best, great customer service, Shelly one of customer service agent that I spoke to her. She’s awesome.

I placed on order on 18 July from the UK for my first pair of Kuru shoes after reading a very impressive review. It wasn’t until after I completed the purchase and received the confirmation email that I was made aware that they were being shipped from Chicago. The shoes were shipped on 18 July, arrived in the UK on 3 August and cleared customs on 14 August. I have now sent four email to the courier company requested a delivery update and received no reply. I have also sent three emails to Kuru support and not received any response to the last two emails. The customer service from this company is non existent. Without engaging with me there is no possibility of them creating a refund, which leaves me no other option than to report to my credit card company.

I had questions about my order and had help from both Lil and Josh- both went above and beyond to assist me. Very impressive customer service! If the shoes are on the same level, I am going to be one very happy customer!

I purchased my Kuru back in 2021, and at that time I was disappointed with the purchase, so I raised my concerns. At that time for whatever reason the case was not given much attention. But to my surprise in Aug of 2023, I got a call from Kuru associate Annette stating they really want to make things right by offering me a pair of shoes of my choice. I was really surprised by the gesture and honestly, I felt that this company is truly looking into all their surveys. I am truly impressed, and I am looking forward to my new shoes. Thank you!

Bought shoes online and they never arrived. Money taken but no shoes . No response when requesting refund .

While the customer service representative that I spoke to was pleasant enough, I ordered my shoes and it took five days total for delivery. When they arrived, they didn’t fit, and I had to ship them back. They only refunded me the cost of the shoes, but NOT the five dollars to send them to me. Size information on the website is inaccurate and exchanging for a smaller size was not an option because it was going to take another week to get the shoes because my color was not readily available. Last, they did not include a return label so I had to print my own. Overall, I would say this was a negative experience that cost me $5. The shoes seemed nice enough but were way too big. I wear the same size shoe from every manufacturer I’ve purchased from with very few exceptions. I measure an 11 and I’ve ordered from Allbirds, Nike, Adidas, Puma, Cole-Haan, and others and they fit perfectly. To sum up, it cost me five dollars to order a pair of shoes that didn’t fit right out of the box. If I were to try this brand again, I would have to go to a store to try them on because I don’t trust their sizing and I prefer not to throw money away to find out something doesn’t fit

Don't buy kuru, they do not stand behind the warranty or return policy. I bought a pair for $150 and wore them 4 days on the board walk in June and they gave me a blister on my heel because the right shoe, (heel) gave me a blister because it wasn't formed right with the stitches of and no padding. Asked for warranty they denied it for exchange of bad Craftsmanship with proof of picture and no wear on the shoe. The worst shoe I ever bought for that amount of money. If I could post pictures on here I would to prove how they treat customers, that's ok I bought 4 other pairs of shoes else where since I couldn't wear kuru. Yes I buy a lot of shoes, I have currently about 45 pairs soon to be 44 after I burn my kuru online and explain why.

Horrendous. I was hit with an $87 charge on top of the already expensive shoes I ordered because KURU does nothing to address customs and duty fees for their customers. They don't make this clear during checkout and know you're just going to get nailed with this fee when it arrives, and they do not provide any cooperation to cover fees or reimburse. They are intentionally misleading and do not provide this information during checkout. I love these shoes and used to recommend these to everyone I know but this is the last time I will ever order from here.
