It took 11 days for an email to come through saying that my SIM card was on its way and between those 11 days I called customer service to ask what was going on and they couldn't give me an answer one person hung up on me during the phone call another person sent me to a completely different number where they said they couldn't help me where I did have to call back and then another person finally helped me but was only able to tell me that I would have to wait for said email but couldn't confirm whether I had my order or not. And then on top of it I paid for SIM card so I could get the sixth month free streaming and yeah I have yet to receive any email showing that I'm getting the six-month streaming not happy
