KOA E.D.I.Reviews of koacctv.com

Friendly folks to work with, multiple locations for distribution, great product lines. Website can use some work, cost 1 star.

Thank you . Great service

Great selection and all the staff are very helpful. My only issue is with a couple of recent online orders and inventory issues. Online says in stock, but in store not actually in stock at the location I wanted to go pick up at which is close to me. After placing my order, I ended up not getting communication on status of order, just a confirmation I made the order. Waited for a while and no communication on the status. Would think online orders would be checked, stock checked and communicated to the customer. If I had ordered for shipping, they would have sent me the wrong item. Luckily I always go to pick up my orders as I caught it right away, but the last 2 times I ordered online the experience was not the way I had expected it to be.

Excellent service as usual.

Great service. Easy to work with and fast....

The positive is showing stock levels and at what warehouses all of the products are. The negative is the check out process. It is cumbersome, incomplete and unreliable. I have on more than one occasion canceled an online order I had made for no other reason than the checkout wouldn't process my request properly (wanting to willcall, paying for the order with terms, etc).

Part pulled and ready to pickup. Quick and easy

Although when I ordered the items it showed available, it took over 2 weeks to deliver. Always am happy with quality, just very slow delivery.
