The pairing knife is the perfect size and the handle is an excellent fit for my hand. I will be expanding my knives from knives et cetera. A caveat, they are really sharp, a chance pressure against my thumb produced a cut before I realized it had happened (and I'm pretty careful with knives).

I had several questions around timing and bundling which were answered promptly. It's refreshing in this day and age to have such good customer service.

The website is easy to use and informative. The pictures are in sufficient detail that one can zoom in and examine products closely. In the FAQ section, useful information on the purchasing process and the manufacturing process, including the steel composition, is presented in a clear, concise way.

The top rating is for the 8 inch knife and the way the whetstone works with it. Less impressive is the 3 inch knife which doesn't seem to respond to the whetstone at all.

The knives I purchased are excellent quality. The balance between the handle and the blade is great. I love that the cutting edge will stay sharp if proper care is given after each use. I appreciate the fast shipping. I love how the knives are made with layer after layer of steel. I am truly enjoying some quality knives in my kitchen!

Hi Will, Thank you for the feedback! Due to the unprecedented snow storm in Texas, our warehouse remained closed which delayed your order by seven days. It was then delivered within 2 days. We do apologize for the inconvenience, but are glad you like it! Thanks again for your trust, Knives Et Cetera
