I ordered a KNAIFUNADO 1000/6000 whetstone and received it very promptly. It was packaged securely and was in perfect condition. The how-to videos on the website were very helpful. I'm a meat cutter by trade and I'm very happy with the price, quality and customer service I received. Highly recommended.

High quality products at competitive prices

Took longer than expected to receive the sharpening block, but it is here. Looks perfect, but why not enclose a little sheet with how to properly use it? That can not be so complicated and would have raised my customer satisfaction a lot.

Hi, Thank you for the feedback. We apologize for the delayed delivery. Although we shipped the item next day, sometimes USPS takes longer than expected. Please see the following video on how to use the whetstone: https://youtu.be/0goaYeL1-ss or contact us at [email protected] with any questions. Thanks again, Knives Et Cetera
For decades, I have been the cook at home from making bread and pasta to wonderful dinners. I have a Shun, Zelite and now Etcetera santoku knives. The Etcetera is in the middle by weight with the Zelite being the heaviest. They are all great knives. The Etcetera is the most reasonable cost wise and is the most beautiful of the three. It is very sharp and balanced. You can't go wrong with this knife.

The order took forever, I tried cancelling as it was not shipped as yet and the response was "it's already being shipped" but when I click on the link it states in Progress. NOT SHIPPED! I told them to cancel rather than ship and return.

Hi Sharon, I think you might have us confused with someone else. You ordered a knife on a Friday and it was promptly delivered on Monday. There is also no record of a request to cancel with the email on file with the order. Please double check your records and contact the right company. Thank you, Knives Et Cetera

Shipped quickly and arrived just as pictured in great condition. Used it and love it. Would definitely suggest to others and will be purchasing another once this one is worn down.
