He set up a site visit to ensure that the refrigerator would be moved in not needing the compressor removed and reinstalled, saving me a substantial fee. Additionally, Sean steered me in the direction of a SubZero Wolf promotion saving me an additional $1,000.00. He was a consummate professional. My experience overall was smooth and easy, and I saved thousands over the costs at a comparable New York dealer. Not five stars, but ten!
