As a comparatively new site in the advertising Florida villas bracket, it’s hit hard. Lots of genuine enquiries, no added commissions etc. just here you are, you’ve proved you are a genuine villa owner, let us get you some genuine folk for bookings! What more can you ask for. All very easy to join, and technical help and customer service are amazing. I can’t fault it, and I’ve been renting out my home for 28 years!

System is easy to use to set up our villa. Booking process for guests is easy I am hearing.

Have listed our villa on here and it’s a nice looking website and easy to use, the owners dash board isn’t bad. However it took us about five weeks for Jennifer to set up our booking calendar to accurately reflect our availability but she stuck at it and eventually succeeded. We’ve had about six guest requests for quotes, but so far no bookings, but that’s not the website and it’s only really got going so not bad. If traffic increases we will renew the annual subscription.
