I'm glad to see one review that says they shipped a replacement without requiring return of the replaced item. But BE AWARE that if they do require a return, they would not disclose the return address to me before buying this product. I wrote, "IF needed, to where would I have to send the returned product? What's the return address?" They responded, "We only give the details for the people who ordered." When I persisted, they wrote, "We have multiple warehouses around Asia and Europe, which we ship from according to our customers’ location." Their website says, "If you are not 100% satisfied with the Ultra Knee Elite™ and the service we offer - you are protected by our 90-day guarantee on all purchases. Should you have any problem at all then e-mail us at [their support email] for a fast response and no questions asked exchange or refund." Sounds like a good guarantee. However, I've been stung before by companies that require a return to a Chinese (or other overseas) address, which would cost more than the product is worth, making any returns or exchanges impossible.

What can I say, firstly the customer service is second to none and the product equally excellent. I purchased 2 knee supports, having taken up running recently. The first sleeves I received were too big. After contacting knee relieve support, I was asked to measure my thigh and after reviewing my measurements, Michelle, a lovely lady from the company organised replacements to be sent out. They did not even require me to send the old sleeves back. I have now used the new sleeve and it really offers huge support to the knee cap when pounding cross country. I would certainly recommend the product and the service of knee relieve. Thanks again Michelle for your great service and product 👍
