Upon receiving our couch, I noticed a few flaws in the material. It is a boucle fabric, so it was showing some early piling. I contacted Customer Service and RAVEN was very helpful. She asked for the usual - photos, etc and she followed up with prompt and caring feedback. We ended up replacing the material with a material with smaller loops. (Raven was in touch with me several times with updates. ) A big thank you also to ERIC, the manager at the Calgary Southcenter store! We love the new couch cover and will enjoy our purchase for a very long time. Lisa PS The two men who came to our home to replace the covers were top-knotch! Friendly, professional, and hard-working.

Alex and several other staff members provided EXCELLENT service. Alex, in particular, is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, as well as funny, kind, and very considerate. The company should be VERY PROUD to have her on board. She is a FABULOUS team player!

We’ve purchased furniture from King Living several times and have always had a great experience. Recently, we thought there was an electronics issue with our theater seats, so we scheduled a service call. As it turned out, the problem was user error. They couldn’t have been nicer about it. It took them about three seconds to show us what we were doing wrong, got everything working perfectly, and they didn’t charge us for the service call. Yolyn, who had been emailing with us and coordinating the service call, was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the entire process. The whole experience reminded us why we continue to buy from King Living. In fact, now we really have no excuse for putting off those new barstools we’ve been talking about. When you know you’re buying from a company that stands behind its products and takes care of its customers, it makes the decision pretty easy. Great furniture and even better customer service. We’ll absolutely be buying from King Living again.

So happy with King Living and their customer service. I had a little hiccup with the payment process through my banks extra security which caused me to make an extra payment. I worked with John Paul to get my refund back. He said was so helpful throughout the whole process, response was quick and made sure to fill me in on each update.
