I was sent the wrong size lens and the quickly responded to me so that we could receive the correct one.

I've been using K&F products for a while and I'm very happy with their quality and price. Had to contact customer support because I lost some filters and they were extremely fast and helpful. Their products have good quality and now I know that customer support is there to help you.

Excellent products and A++++ customer care. Something got broken on my tripod and customer care was very helpful in trying to fix it, eventually they replaced it.

I have been using Kandi products for some time now with positive experience. Recently I did have a Warranty issue with a Battery. I am happy to report that K and F did look after my replacement and so far everything has been good. The process did take time as my time zone is different than the manufacturers but in the end after lots of back and forth, the problem was solved. Thanks K and F

Easy shopping process and delivered within the time frame specified. Filter appears well made and works well on my brief test photos so far. The proof of exactly how good it is will be determined when it gets more intense use. Why a 3 star rating? Well, it was supposed to come with free Bluetooth earbuds but didn't. Customer support contacted me to say I didn't select the free Bluetooth buds option at checkout, although the selection process wasn't clear. However, K&F have sent the earbuds in the post.
