A sales rep took my order. I specified that I needed an electric strike for a wooden door jam. She selected one and I ordered it, express delivery. It arrived and I attempted to install it, but discovered that it would not fit. Checked the documentation and discovered that it was designed for an aluminum door jam. Now I have a strike I can't use and an express delivery charge that was wasted. Don't trust them, always verify.

The safe is OK. The problem is I continually searched for Fire Rated safe and your company kept dropping safes into the results that are not fire rated. My fault I didn't check the final order before I hit purchase. Really annoying.

I placed an order on 1-11 & 4 days later I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation. No holiday or weekend included. I have talked to customer service (very nice lady) & was told I would receive tracking information that day...still nothing. I emailed customer service & still no tracking information. I’m not pleased with the service I have received. You would think that when a customer buys a product they would get requested information in a timely manner.

I ordered a plate with an oil rubbed bronze finish for my front door. The first plate I received had a stainless finish. I requested a return and refund which was denied. They tried to make it right by sending me a new plate in the finish I originally ordered. However, what they call oil rubbed bronze is just brown. It does not match any oil rubbed bronze finish on any merchandise at any store I have been to. Now I have two plates that do not match my hardware and that I cannot use. And I'm out $38.00. Frustrating and aggravating. What do I do with these?
