I talked to somebody in customer service yesterday and was told it would probably ship out by the end of the week After reading the other reviews, it sounds like an ongoing problem with these guys I paid $25 extra for UPS ground shipping

I there is a chance to not give a single star I would do that. These companies like in long sleep, they promise one thing and then you waist couple days cal them to find out about order just to find out that order is waits fullfillment. Never suggest any body to work with these guys.

I ordered a product and received the wrong item. Over a month has past and I still do not have what I ordered, with no response in a week since my last email. There is not a telephone number to call.

Ordered 4screws for Schlage Lock. Total cost of 10$. They were asking 200$ for shipping to Canada. Emailed them asking if possible to send by mail: never received any response from them. They don’t seem interested if you buy small items . So I got them screws elsewhere for a reasonable cost. This company is rated below 0 in my mind!!!

When I ordered my 1st lock I called because I was unsure which lock I needed. The sales person advised me which lock I needed. When I received the lock and installed it, it was not the correct lock. When I called back I was told I would need to purchase additional software in order to get that lock to work or purchase the correct lock and return the incorrect lock. So, I purchased another lock, returned the 1st lock that you told me to buy. My return was non-refundable because we had installed it! Even though nothing was wrong with it. So, I now have a $750 paperweight! Will never order from this company again.

they didn't send me everything I order and I paid for everything in advance. I had called them several time. Plus they request email of all the document which I had follow all their instruction. They never call me back or sent me the missing item. Never order from this company.

We were told the lock was wireless and we were led to believe we could communicate with the lock via cell phone. However, your advertising on Amazon is very misleading. We tried to return the lock to Amazon, but the return was refused. Your advertising is simply not accurate.

Thought I had found the solution to my buzzer door problem. When part broke within 30 days I was required to send the broken piece back in rendering my unit lock less. Then there was a clumsy resolution that way too much time and effort. I had right model numbers for replacement locks but I’ve come to learn you might want to consider door weight. Finally received resolution after 3 months and dispute via credit card company
