Hi, we’re sorry to hear that the readings did not meet your expectations. Comparing results between different glucose meters may show variation because each device has its own permitted accuracy range, and even tests taken close together can produce slightly different results. We’d be happy to help confirm that your Keto-Mojo meter and strips are functioning properly through a control solution test and review your testing technique. Please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] with your meter model, strip lot number, and photos of the readings so we can investigate further. We look forward to hearing from you at anytime!

Hi, Ernest, thank you for being a Keto-Mojo customer since 2019. We’re sorry that your recent experience with the test strips and our troubleshooting process left you feeling frustrated. The additional information and video were requested to help us identify the cause, document the strip failures, and determine the appropriate resolution not to make the process unnecessarily difficult. However, we understand that after providing the lot number, expiration date, and testing with another meter, our request felt burdensome. We also appreciate your feedback regarding pricing and purchasing options. We would welcome the opportunity to have a member of our support team review your case and the information you already provided, without asking you to start over. Please reply to your existing support conversation so we can take another look. We look foward to hearing from you at anytime! Our email is [email protected]

Hi, we’re very sorry to hear about your hospitalisation and hope you have recovered. We take reports involving unexpected readings and potential safety concerns extremely seriously. A Keto-Mojo meter is intended to support glucose and ketone monitoring, but it should not replace medical assessment particularly during an extended fast or when symptoms do not align with the readings. If you experience symptoms of ketoacidosis or feel unwell, please seek urgent medical care regardless of the meter result. Your concerns should not have been left without a clear response. Please discontinue using the meter and reply to your existing support case, referencing this review, so it can be escalated for formal review and the appropriate next steps. We would also like to investigate what happened with the earlier correspondence and ticket closure. Pleae feel welcome to contact us at anytime! Our email is [email protected]

Hello Corinne, we’re sorry for the concern this experience caused and for the difficulty you encountered reaching our support team. Unexpected readings must be properly investigated using the meter details, strip information, control solution results, and supporting documentation. Home glucose and ketone meters are monitoring tools and should not replace professional medical assessment; if a reading does not match how you feel or you have concerning symptoms, please seek medical care. We would like to review both the issue and the warranty eligibility directly. Please reply to your existing support conversation and reference this review so a member can review the previous documentation already submitted and assist you. You're welcome to email us at any time. Our email is [email protected]

Hi Rimantas, we’re sorry the remaining shelf life of the strips did not meet your expectations. Although the strips remained valid through the printed expiration date when stored correctly, we understand that receiving a 60-pack with a limited period in which to use it was frustrating. Your initial messages were submitted outside our business hours and received automated acknowledgements. Our support team subsequently contacted you and offered a solution, but we did not receive a reply. We also take concerns about reading accuracy seriously and would be happy to welcome you back to purchase test strips at any time! Feel welcome to contact us If you need assistance or have any current questions. Our email is [email protected]
