Poor Customer Service
It has taken them over a month to look into a problem with the app. They said they would get back to me and never did. Now, I ended up with an incorrect product. Their policy states you can return within 30 days of delivery, but they won't get back to you. It has been over a week with both email sent and telephone calls. Finally got a reply. Definitely not very helpful to the customer. Also, they have an office near me, but will not take the product at the office location. I need to spend the extra money to mail it to the office.

Hello, we’re very sorry for the delays and frustration you experienced. You should not have had to follow up repeatedly for assistance, especially after waiting for an update regarding the app issue.
We’re also sorry for any confusion regarding the address near you. We do not operate local offices or brick and mortar stores that are open to customers or able to accept returns. All returns must be arranged through our customer support team and sent to the designated return facility.
We would appreciate the opportunity to review your case, including the incorrect product and return shipping concern, and work toward a resolution.
Please email us at [email protected], and we will happily assist you. This experience does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We look forward to the opportunity to assist you further.
Extremely poor experience
Extremely poor experience. Order 62430-EU was placed and confirmed on 11 July 2026. The tracking number provided was DPD/SEUR 01565219287941.
According to SEUR, the shipment was only “notified” / registered on 13 July 2026 at 10:28. Since then, there has been no real shipping progress visible to me and the parcel has not been delivered.
I contacted Keto-Mojo support repeatedly — more than half a dozen emails — and only received a generic ticket confirmation. No substantive answer, no real support, no solution, and no refund.
From a customer’s perspective, this feels like fraud. I paid for goods, the parcel appears not to have properly moved beyond electronic notification, support does not respond, and the company keeps my money without delivering the product or refunding me.
In my opinion, this is unacceptable and potentially fraudulent behaviour. At the very least, it is one of the worst support experiences I have had with an online merchant. I am now forced to initiate a card dispute / chargeback with Revolut and consider further legal steps.
I would strongly advise other customers to be very careful before ordering from Keto-Mojo Europe.

This is all bad
This is all bad, I have used 7 strips and got no results. Always a different error. What a waste of money…

We’re very sorry as using seven strips without receiving a single result is incredibly frustrating, and we completely understand why this feels like a waste of money.
Repeated errors can sometimes be related to the testing technique, the meter, or the strips themselves, but you should not be left to troubleshoot this alone. We’d appreciate the opportunity to help identify the cause and provide an appropriate solution.
Please email our support team at [email protected] to allow us to locate your order and assist you directly.
We sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience and hope you’ll give us the opportunity to make this right!

Hi Jozsef, we’re sorry for the frustration caused by the time it took to complete your return. Our support team provided return instructions and an RMA, acknowledged the tracking information you sent, and advised that returns typically require 2–4 business days to inspect and process after delivery. Your return has since been completed and your refund issued.
We regret that the process did not feel sufficiently timely or clearly communicated, but we’re glad we were able to resolve it for you. Please contact our support team at anytime if you need any assistance in the future.
Terrible support team
The support team is terrible. The KM order page for Spain limits the number of signs in the name and address to 30. my address (not that long for Spain) is too long. The support team suggested a way to enter the address which I copied pasted; it did not solve anything. When I went back to them, they said I should do exactly as they suggested. It is therefore not possible to order. I would also draw attention to the short dates of validity of the strips. Terrible services despite heavy advertising.

Hi Véronique, we’re sorry for the frustrating experience. You followed the formatting instructions we provided, and when they did not resolve the checkout issue, we should have offered a more practical solution instead of asking you to repeat the same steps.
Although no order was ultimately placed, our team could have assisted with creating the order manually. We also understand your concern about strip expiration dates; these can vary by product and available inventory, and our team can confirm the current dates before an order is completed. Your feedback has highlighted where our checkout guidance and escalation process need to be clearer, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
False Readings, False Promises
In 2021, I bought my ketone meter on the official website, and I've been using it regularly since then. On some occasions, I've had problems with the glucose strips, which would give me an error and I'd have to discard them, but overall I was reasonably happy. However, after a battery change, the meter has completely gone out of calibration.
Since I have my glucose levels very controlled, and I also wear a continuous glucose monitor, I know exactly what values I should be getting and they don't match the results from the Keto Mojo meter at all. I used the control solutions I had to check if it was calibrated or not, and although they were expired, the result was as expected: the meter was completely out of calibration for glucose. For ketones, it was right on the limit.
I wrote to customer service and they told me I have to buy new control solutions and also pay for shipping. So I decided to buy a new meter, which also comes with the test solutions. I ran the test again with the newly acquired and opened test solutions, comparing the real measurement results on both monitors—the new and the old—and also comparing them with the continuous glucose monitor I wear. The result in all cases was the same: the old glucose meter is out of calibration.
I sent photos of all the tests to Keto Mojo. They replied saying it could be due to samples being taken at different times, or whether alcohol was used or not... I insisted: all measurements were taken from the same finger, at the same time, with blood from the same prick. I told them to stop making excuses and to honor their word that the meter has a lifetime warranty. They never replied again, and of course, they haven't solved the problem.
The worst part is that if I hadn't been wearing a CGM, I would never have known that my monitor was miscalibrated, and that would have caused me serious harm because I would have been trusting erroneous readings. They not only need to improve their terrible customer service, but also their product, since it is unreliable—because when it becomes uncalibrated, it gives no indication, and you can continue using it thinking it's giving accurate results.

Response from Keto Mojo· Sep 15, 2026
Hi Mayte, we’re sorry that our response did not fully address the testing details and safety concerns you raised. We understand why unexpected differences between readings would be concerning.
Readings from a blood glucose meter and a CGM cannot be compared as exact equivalents because they measure glucose differently, and some variation between two blood samples is expected. A current, in range control solution test is the appropriate way to verify whether the meter and strips are functioning within their specified range.
Our lifetime warranty applies when a meter is confirmed to be malfunctioning. We would welcome the opportunity to assist you further. Please reply to your existing support conversation so we can ensure the case receives further review if you choose to. We hope you are doing well!
