Just got done using it in the Grand Canyon it worked real good . There were quite a few up and downs and it handled it well.

can't get parts to maintain chair. BOTH front wheel shock absorber asm. unavailable. JOY stick cable connector pin stuck in female fitting. Front wheel bearings fell apart - NO PARTS AVAILABLE.

My son loves his chair. It is probably the easiest chair to put together and breakdown that we have ever had, and we've had quite a few.

Great mobility and battery life. A little problem in getting the. chair in and out of the car.

This chair made a big difference going places.Meaning, I am his son.I just wanted to thank your company for having such a great product.My father has passed on now,but made a lot of great memories because his mobility issues before this chair he just didn’t get out much as he would exhaust him.The chair is very durable and holds a charge for long time my father was 6’5 250-270 weight so it never strained at all and we didn’t have to go and get a hitch and a lift put on the car as this fit nicely in the trunk.
