I dont understand the low reviews, pur experience was lovely ! My husband and i stayed at the Kasa Magnificent Mile in Chicago. Lovely location. Super clean apartment. Great communication. Chicago is an expensive place to stay so its hard to find something cheap but this place was decently priced compared to other options. Highly recommend

We were going to a show at the Castro Theater, so the location could not have been better! The room was small, but well equipped. Think European pension…Loved the modern touches, the balcony, and the roof top area. Nice bath products and towels. Peppermints, water bottles, and lots of outlets were a plus. Not sure why people found them unresponsive. They answered us immediately and were extremely helpful. We would definitely stay again and look forward to exploring other KASA properties.

Directions made it easy to find and enter. Unit was spotless and well appointed. More than large enough and the bed is super comfy! Only issue was the WiFi wouldn’t connect. Would definitely stay here next time I want to be in Wynwood!

I stayed at Kasa La Flora in Miami Beach and had a great experience. The room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking to stay near South beach. The beach is also right down the street so it was a very pleasant experience. There’s lots of different food options nearby as well. The booking & check in process was easy as well since it’s a self check in place.

Over the past two weeks, I’ve stayed in two different Kasa rentals in Austin and experienced the same pattern of customer support in both. I report an issue, receive an apology and a request for patience, and am told the local team will follow up. Then nothing happens. I have to reach out again, re-explain the problem, and answer the same questions, often without any meaningful update or resolution. Despite repeated assurances that someone will follow up, Kasa has yet to proactively communicate a concrete resolution. I eventually called and spoke with a customer support representative, only to receive the same assurance I’d already heard repeatedly via text: they would contact the local team and get back to me. For the cost of a Kasa rental, I expect a reasonable level of customer service: ownership, proactive communication, and timely resolution. Apologies and requests for patience are not substitutes for follow-through. Kasa has made it easy to contact customer support, but that is not the same as providing effective support. After two weeks of this experience, I have little confidence that another apology or assurance will lead to a different outcome. Being a message away only matters if someone takes responsibility for what happens next.
