Buenas tardes a todos . Esta es la compañia de seguros es la mas basura del mercado . Te cobran varios meses y el dia q nececitas hacer un claim te piden historial y a la hora de q lo envias te dicen q las observaciones del veterinario fueron cuando la mascota estaba enferma , por su puesto uno va a veterinarro cuando ve algo mal.Me estuvieron robando el dinero duarante todo el tiempo de mi poliza . Tengan cuidado con ellos . No se hacen cargo , dicen mentiras y te roban

Para poder evaluar cualquier reclamo o brindar cobertura completa, es necesario que se suban los historiales médicos, como parte de los requisitos básicos del seguro. Kangaroo pet insurance is crooked. Beware. I paid for initial wellness and vaccinations and never reimbursed. I have called, emailed and texted no response. They were very quick to take my monthly payment though. Don’t go with this company you will be paying for nothing. They need to be reported to better business bureau.

I absolutely love this pet store! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they always go out of their way to help. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great variety of products for all kinds of pets. I especially appreciate how they carry high-quality food and unique toys you don’t find everywhere. Absolutely a nice place to find your Perfect dog!
