I have used Kall8 for years and never have had issues, never any lack of service and the few times I needed customer support the staff was spot on with walking me through what I needed done. Excellent product!

Easy to use and reliable, reasonable monthly payment.

I have a few 800 numbers with Kall 8 and I am somewhat satisfied with the service but I keep getting numerous people calling me looking for a doctor in which I am not and in return it has been running my phone bill up every month. This needs to be fixed ASAP! Also the fax service is not working properly and when I call I get the same guy which is probably the owner acting if he does not want to help or address my concerns. Kind of like I am bothering him! I am trying to hang in their with this company because I have been with them for a long time but if they do not shape up, I am going to take my business to someone who appreciates my loyalty. Thanks
