Kall8 service has been working fine for me for years. But I don't ask it to do much other than to forward all calls to my 800 number to my personal phone.

The system works although isn't customizable to specific needs to our business.

Great phone system for small business

All in all I have been very happy with Kall8. Everyone I have had dealings with is professional, friendly and aims to please! The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5, is that I really wish we could set up our own extensions and disconnect or connect them. I was hoping this was going to come along, but there has been no progress with it. Keep up the great work Kall8, it's great having a company we can count on!

We've used Kall8 ... for at least two decades, for all our in-bound services. I can't recall exactly how long, 'cause I never have to think about phones. We've had no down-time and no complaints. I guess that's the highest compliment, and the prices save us a bundle!

Excellent service from Kall8, The only service is missing is there should be a Desktop or Mobile application to receive calls directly without doing any forwarding..
