The low rates and more streamlined tracking have made Just my favorite insurance company.

I do wish it kept track of the miles a lot better and wish it would do it either option but non of the miles have been read or I would have it on all day and not one mile has been counted. That is the only issue.

Fantastic application, I can't speak on the customer service due to me not crashing but everything else is perfect. Only thing I could even recommend would be less notifications maybe a once a day driving review or a once a week review. Regardless, this service has saved me hundreds on insurance and I plan on continuing my use of it.

The program that tracks your miles while driving is inaccurate because when I take the same route everyday there is about a 1 mile difference every time, so I am being overcharged. For example, the distance is 9.5 miles, I am charged for 10.2 miles, then the next day its 9.2 miles. This is very confusing and needs to be fixed.

I got this insurance because I don’t drive much, but my husband does and we share a car. He has his own car insurance but it only covers him. I don’t like that this app can only cover one person at a time because he was the one driving a lot and so when I sent you guys an update for the odometer it was way high and the insurance with you came out super expensive ($90 for two weeks!!). So I wish there was a way for you guys to discern who is driving so that I didn’t have to pay for my husbands driving too when he wasn’t covered. I also don’t like that I have to start the timer when I have to start driving. I just want to drive and not have to stop and remember to do that. And either way it doesn’t make any sense since you later request an odometer picture anyway and deduct miles from there.

I only wish they were available in more states :(
