They raised my rate by 18 percent due to inflation when true inflation has only been 3 percent. Not only was my per mile rate increased from 27 cents per mile to 32, they also increased my daily rate by a similar margin without any prior notification. They are also using “back door data” to determine my rate. Wouldn’t recommend for new drivers at all or anyone that cares about transparency.

Getting refunds is a complete headache and horrible customer support. You get what you pay for.

How is the insurance claim number 24/7 but no one picks up ? I called a total of 50 times last week and no one picked up. I also noticed someone else complain about the insurance adjuster Amanda, Ive been having the same issue with her being unresponsive. If you're with a different insurance company and you get Amanda as an adjuster report her to your local division of insurance and ask for a different adjuster.

I was over charged because I didn’t send my odometer pictures just one day late. Now, it’s a problem getting the money returned to my bank account. If the money is not returned today, I will be canceling your services tomorrow. This is unacceptable
