Just got off the phone with a representative her name is Monique she was super helpful and resolved all of my issues and is very nice she’s the type of person you can get a sense of her personality through the phone and makes great conversation can this woman get a raise? Lol 5 stars from me love I love insuring with Just Insure when especially since they have people like Monique working there! (:

One of a kind insurance policy buying experience. The customer service is also top notch. If there was six stars I’d give them six 💫

Purchasing and understanding the coverage is fine. My issue is with the app itself. It is a resource monster! Just sitting on my patio with no other apps running, outside of the necessary Android and carrier processes, the Just app has my phone using more than 65% of the memory. Also, using the start and stop function for trips doesn't work and the beta auto function takes even more resources to run. Android keeps closing my music app to save resources. Can you make a lite version?

This is my favorite ⏲️ ⏳️ 🕐 🕙 othe real deal not some fake out. I was a little lost at first but they guided me through the payment process the first time with remarkable patience. I was in shock when I saw my bill. I'm retired and I'm working on some passive income projects at home so I can go all week without driving , and if I do drive , the bank, the stores are so close that full coverage on my 2006 lifted dodge mega cab turbo diesel was less than 20 bucks!
