I think ur charging outrageous prices. I wish u would give me a break. I mean, I allow u guys to record my driving and I think I fairly do quite well. But yet, no break. Thank u for inviting me. I just do not understand when I will catch a break

I thought I was going to have a very difficult time explaining that I have new engine and the matching cluster for the new engine and having to verify mileage. But Estella Montoya helped me through this worried free. I would definitely recommend Estrella and just insurance to family and friends. Thanks again Estella Montoya for all your help with my issues. 5 stars for just insurance and 10 star rating for Estella

I just don't like when u r charged for riding with someone else and ur cars not being used so u have to ask for a refund

I was told my rate would go down because my credit score went up and I’m still paying the same

Everything about this company makes my service with them great. I was hesitant at first to try the company but have been nothing but grateful since becoming a member. It is so convenient and I feel blessed not to have to stress about my insurance.

Bailey provided great customer service. I was confused about some charges on my account and Bailey cleared up all my questions and helped me get my account all squared away. I am very appreciative of her assistance today.

Ridiculous period 😡

The rep, Ray, was great and answered my questions clearly and consicely. Great job, Ray!
