Shipped to wrong address . Fine. Placed another order paid for it , wrote a follow up email asking for them to double check the address before sending, so the package wont get lost again. They did the same nonsense and shipped to wrong address again. I wrote a complaint letter after. Took 2 weeks to get a response. Stating customers are responsible for entering the correct address. Lmfao. What a pack of jokers. Ill never buy anything from the website again.

I have used joola paddles from generation 1 to 4 and have had great experiences so I’m shocked they have such a low rating. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because of the high price tag.

I ordered a 16MM Hyperion CFS paddle as a birthday gift that was highly recommended by an avid pickleball player in my community. There was a slight problem in processing the order which overlaped around a major holiday. After a little juggling of emails, the problem solver at Joola's customer service section, immediately identified the oversight, notified other parties involved to successfully expedite and deliver my order. No fluff. No excuses. Exceptional professionalism, follow-up, delivery date and tracking details. My neighbor's family of 5, all pickleball players, purchase all Joola products directly from Bethesda, MD. Ms. Laudico you are the creme de la creme of leadership, demonstrating strong interpersonal relationship skills with customers. I will refer or encourage others to purchase Joola products. Worst customer service ever! Just like everyone else my paddle became defective. It started delaminating after 4 months. Bought directly from Joola, 12 month warranty and they won’t honor it. They have a completely separate address on their RMA, which is where I shipped it to as I was told to follow the instructions on the RMA. Apparently that was the incorrect address and they said it voided my warranty. They won’t allow me to ship it to the correct location to get a new paddle. I feel like they did it on purpose. Confuse customers so they don’t have to stand behind their paddles. It’s a joke. They sell these paddles for $300 and pay a fraction of that to manufacture them. Stand behind your product. They’ve lost my business, not that they care.

I purchased a Agassi paddle but just after 2 games I noticed its sounding like it has sand inside, i contact joola to get it replaced but they wanted the paddle returned and in new condition for them to honor the warranty. How would someone know a defect if its brand new and shows no defect until you use it at least 1 time. They never fixed the issue and stopped replying. This is not the first incident with joola in another case I received a percesus paddle for Christmas and it started chipping on the face of the paddle, guess what!!! I wasn't covered because the paddle was purchased by my wife at the mall and they can't help us in that case. People DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM JOOLA... If there's a problem you will be on your own they WON'T HELP YOU

I extended my warranty for my Joola Pro IV and was told that “it wasn’t valid” while I got email confirmation from Joola saying I got the 6 month additional extension. Joola customer service denied my claim for a replacement of my absolutely shattered paddle. I find it so funny that I pay $280 for a paddle that doesn’t even last 6 months AND the customer service won’t even honor the warranty that they claim they have… Won’t be purchasing from them again! In my opinion the paddles just simply are not worth the price tag, no durability whatsoever.
