The way the doctor showed a lot of interest to my babies

Don't sign up to this vets for your pets. They list a whole lot of provisions for your pets then you realise, they cannot help your pet in an emergency (you still have to go to the vet), They listed for instance teeth cleaning then you get to find out that your dog cannot get that treatment until 6months after joining or you have to pay separately, fully up front. You have to keep paying for the full year subscription even if you have a monthly rolling plan (what does that even mean) it's like having a monthly sim contract but you cannot cancel at any time. One of the main provisions that attracted me to the programme is the dental treatment, now 4 months after joining they tell me that that ia no longer available to my pets - misselling. Surely if something was an available option when you signed up it should still be available to existing customers even though they remove it from their provision. Now I am locked into a service that basically provides very little. The better option would have been to sign up to the vets monthly payment scheme which cover many things for at least £16 cheaper per month. IT IS A SCAM. BE WARNED.

The membership pays for itself! As a Goldendoodle owner, routine vet visits can add up quickly—between ear infections, sensitive tummy checkups, and routine preventative care. Having the Snoots membership has completely taken the financial anxiety out of taking care of my dog. What I love: Zero hesitation: Being able to bring her in or send a quick message without worrying about an extra consultation fee means we catch minor issues early. Great bedside manner: Doodles can be high-energy, but the staff was incredible at keeping her calm and comfortable throughout the visit. Included services: Routine diagnostics and preventative care were seamless and completely covered. If you have a breed that needs frequent checkups or proactive care, Snoots is 100% worth it.

So nice having peace of mind that all care is covered for my pet. Huge thanks for the amazing team at snoots.
