The Levity website was easy to use and the medication came the very next day. I haven't seen a big change in my weight, but I have only been on the medication for 2 weeks. I have noticed I feel full faster and some cravings have changed.

I have ordered my medicine however they sent a response saying they need more information. I have sent this information and now they have gone completely cold on me......no response's to emails and a telephone line which doesn't work. I am starting to feel this company is a scam. Be very careful they wont reply to my request for a refund either.

I absolutely love Levity! It’s so easy to get my prescription and properly use. I’ve love how healthy my weight is. I know that everyone is different but I’m having really great results (41 lbs in 7 months) and it’s such an investment in my health!

Ordered over a week ago. Have asked for proof of weight, have provided and now no response for nearly a week. They have emailed to apologise for delays. They are quick enough to take your money and not supply products. Update they have not responded to me in 5 days. Still no product. If you ring the customer number no one answers. Just a repeat automated message. This company is a joke. Its basically medxpress- who are inundated with orders so created these sister companies to spread the wealth. Joke! You have not requested further information from me. Whatever information you requested has been supplied. I heard from your customer representative today katie who said she would ask the clinical team to review the information as a matter of urgency. Its been supplied days and days ago. Ive supplied you my email addresses from which i ordered. The incompetence is unreal.
