Communication is great and the instructions are clear. I feel the support. I would have given them a 5 however the team would not apply the referral code to a friend I just referred and that sucks because I am a big advocate in referring and sharing my experience but Levity doesn't have to worry about me referring any longer. Overall product seems to be doing what its supposed to.

Edit- I have now received updated tracking with the explanation that my original order was lost?? Anyway, I am hoping to receive my medication this week… I will update either way. I ordered from your site, provided all information that was required and was told my medication would be shipped out. It’s been 3 weeks and after numerous attempts to contact customer service they finally said they updated and were shipping from a partner . Then sent me the same tracking number from weeks ago. Kind of feels like I got scammed at this point. My next move will be contacting the BBB if I don’t receive my medication within the week. This is ridiculous.
