I got an email saying my RX was approved on 4/3, and that it was dispatched on 4/4. Never got meds I’m a week past due. Now I got an email Sunday saying it’s been approved again. No email ever saying that first one canceled, then yesterday saying my RX was approved. My meds updated on site but I’ve gotten very little explanation. I’ve learned more reading the FB page than I’ve read in my acct or via email. Yall took my payment without delay and I understand things happen but the lack of heads up and advance notice leaving me scrambling to a FB page to ask other strangers why they think my meds never showed isn’t awesome. I’ve been otherwise happy with you guys but the fact that I paid weeks ago and I still have no idea what day this week my meds may show is disappointing. I am excited to try new B vitamin version, just hope my side effects aren’t too rough because I’m a week late.

The service itself is great. The results from the medication, not so much. On the bright side I've had 0 side effects. However, 3 months in and I haven't lost a single pound.

I keep asking them to up my dose and they haven’t. They are super good at being on time with their orders. I have lost 14 pounds in 5 months which isn’t a crazy about but it’s something!

I have been with Levity for several months! I can honestly say I haven’t lost much weight with them. I thought that I would keep trying it but after changing what I eat, etc it’s not working! Now this month when I ordered they said they have to change the compound and use it with B12 and glycerin! I’m not good with that I’m canceling and going with another provider
