Communications are good from the company. Shipments are always on time and the notifications are very good. I have had billing issues 2 months in a row, but customer service has responded promptly and fixed the issues. I am still unsure if the program is for me, as I have lingering side effects. Every person is different and my journey will be different from anyone else.

Levity is amazing!! The whole intake process is so easy. Customer service has been wonderful and your meds ship out overnight. Overall an amazing experience and I’ve lost almost 10 pounds so far in 4 weeks!! Highly recommend using Levity!!

Shipping was delayed hard to keep a schedule with delayed shipping. When it does ship it arrives as expected.
