I'm rating my experience 5 stars because of the excellent communication I received. With each step of the process, I have received almost daily, messages with detailed updates. Then I think of a question and I get a message with the answer to that too. Great Job!

My journey with Levity has been wonderful. It's been about six weeks now, and I'm loving it!! I've lost a few pounds, and my clothes are starting to fit better. Also, my experience with Levity has been great because whenever I have a question, they reply pretty quickly.

From research info to signing up and then delivery was very simple. The process was always well explained and quick (it took one week) The appetite supression was immediate and very minimal side effects. I am on day 6 of the program and feel the difference. Although the pounds are not coming off yet, I also understand this is a marathon and not a sprint. I am excited for the next few months.

I think you could all do better with transparency and communication it is very difficult to contact anyone unless you luck out. If you look in any of the Facebook feeds or anything I'm not the only one experiencing this.. although I'm just 6 weeks in I think you should focus communication on the newbies so that we understand what's happening and are not so dissatisfied.
