I am giving 5 stars for the process of getting approved and the information that followed. It was a very slick process explained everything really well and what to expect. I have only been on it three weeks I will adjust review once I have been on it for awhile!

I feel pretty good. Nausea is under control with the salt electrolyte packets. Working out at least 30 minutes a day. I have lost 7 pounds & take my 3rd shot tonight. Very happy. Thank you!

I love the medication so far, but your website sucks. I cannot see my billing statements. I can’t see an upcoming delivery date. I can’t see what card you have on file. Is there a weight tracker?

It is a very well thought out medication plan. Plenty of information on the website for proper injection. I love how the subscription can be altered to fit personal needs.

I was very excited to join this program. I followed all the steps and waited eagerly for my package. When it arrived clearly the medication was not properly sealed and had possibly leaked. I contacted them immediately upon opening my package and sent pictures etc. the response was oh we assure you it’s the right amount. No it was not half the bottle had leaked or was never in there to begin with. I am discontinuing my weight loss journey with them and going to Mochi.

Hello Nicole, Thank you for providing your feedback. Vial sizes will vary based on your prescribed dosage, as we offer a range of different sizes. You may notice that the vial isn't filled to the top, but rest assured, the amount inside is sufficient to complete all 4 of your weekly injections. Our team has reviewed the photos you provided and confirmed that the amount of medication you received matches the prescribed dose. The vials also contain additional medication to ensure you have enough in case of spills, or minor mistakes when drawing the medication into the syringe. Please discard any remaining medication after 28 days and begin the next cycle with the new vial. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer care team.
