We are truly sorry to hear that your medications have not arrived after 14 days. We understand the importance of receiving your prescriptions in a timely manner and are actively looking into this delay.
You guys take over two weeks to approve prescriptions and then another week to ship out … Ahh but you guys get the money out since say one that customer fill out the form .. that’s ridiculous!!!

I love everything about this company even down to the way they package the things that iI buy off of them when you get your stuff it is still very very cool its not hot like the other company’s before so yeah I would recommend Embody and there prices an’t be beat the lowest price I have seen

Got my initial shipment, did my follow-up questionnaire. Received a response from the Dr., but then silence...called customer support; requested a payment change (just to pay with a different card) they sent the link, and I changed it but now they say they have no record of me. Emailed, texted, called ...nothing... I'm out of the med and can't get anyone to respond.

I placed my order 9 days ago and have yet to be notified of my order being shipped. I have used 2 other companies before and they shipped out my orders in 2-3 days after being verified. It will likely be 2 weeks before I can resume taking my prescription. UNACCEPTABLE!
