The response that I received from the person taking my order and answering my questions to the nurse who called and walked me through everything. The delivery was on time and packed very well. The instructions that came with it was very thorough.

I was told once approved I would have my product at my door within 5 days. We are now on day 7 and it still has not shipped. Customer service is terrible at responding. They won't check with tbe pharmacy or say anything more than "it will get there." They won't even acknowledge that they are late. They won't talk to the pharmacy to get an update or make sure everything is okay with no hold ups. This is absolutely awful. I took pictures pf all conversations and promises. So if they dont send my order I will be posting all proof on all review platforms and against the pharmacy as well!

Great experience is very easy to get the medication. After signing up was contacted immediately by support. Just to let me know that they are there for me If I need anything, which washre really neat.

Prescription is taking way too long to fill and can’t get good communication from your company. I’m in desperate need of my meds and I’ve already paid.

All questions I had were answered in a timely manner. This is my 1st week and I am loosing weight. I am noticing after 4 days I am feeling a little hungrier but I am not eating after 6 so I drink more water. Very happy so far with this.

Not going to lie, I’m not impressed at all so far. Today is day 11 and I have not received my order or even an email saying that my order has shipped, and you’re asking for a review?
