It took 2 weeks to get appointment with dr then six days script was sent in and I still haven’t received anything

We sincerely apologize for the extended wait time to see the doctor and the subsequent delay in receiving your prescription. We understand how frustrating it is to wait so long without receiving your medication.
I placed an order an hour ago. For some reason, I hit an add-on medication… It’s almost like they’re tricking you to get the add ons because I didn’t notice it until after I got my receipt. Right away, I called customer service and nobody answered. I sent an email and got a reply about an hour later. In the email, they said my medication had already been sent to the pharmacy and was being processed and would not give me a refund for the add-on medication. It had only been an hour! I’m also getting double sets of emails, so I’m very concerned that I have been billed twice. I am technologically savvy and don’t often get confused by websites, but this one on my mobile phone was tough! I have asked to cancel my entire subscription because of the poor customer service and I have not heard back. Please pass on this one!

It's completely understandable why you'd be upset about not being able to get a refund for an add-on you didn't intend to purchase, especially after reaching out so quickly. Customer service was great she made sure to get canceled and refund my. Charge. Now you sign up they take ur money then u have to wait 17 days for an appt then another 7 to 14 days to receive meds thats 1 month for meds. Ridiculous its an online visit that takes 15min tops

It is taking much longer for me to receive my medication. I was expecting it much sooner however, I will let you know how it goes after I receive it.

Registration was very easy. I called customer service to find out when my medication would be delivered. A customer service representative went out of her way to help me and then I received a follow up email. The next day a tracking number was sent to me. Compared to the previous company that I was with, the customer service was outstanding.
