The providers are super helpful and friendly. Didn't feel rushed or anything like that. They make sure that I understand my medicine and answer all my questions. The prices are actually affordable which is great. Delivery is fast. Their customer service reps are out standing as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a weight loss program!

I love the customer service and providers. They are so supportive, patient with any questions I may have and make me feel heard when expressing concerns. The medicine is great!! I haven’t felt like myself lately and this is the perfect pick-me-up. Not only am i maintaining my weight but my energy levels are higher than ever. Now when my 7 year old wants me to run around and play I don’t have to say “mommy doesn’t feel good today”. I feel great everyday!

This company is a scam!!! I ordered Tirzepetide from them a month ago and never received my ordered. When I contacted them and said I wanted a refund they said they don't issue refunds. I DIDN'T even get my order and they still refused to refund me. $774 dollars for NOTHING!!!! They responded they would reach out to make it right, they didn't.

My order has been delayed both times that I've ordered. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. No one seems to know anything and just gives their "copy/paste" here's our customer service blurb, but they do not take any action.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Medicine will.never be on time!!! Always weeks late!!! Use another company.

***DO NOT BUY FROM EMBODY*** I initially placed my order for Tirz on Sept 10th, I was told that in 24hrs the provider would review and either approve/deny, well today is 9/28 and they just keep apologizing for the delay and so forth. I requested a refund and they refused, luckily I disputed with my bank and they are doing their own fraud investigation with this company. If theres a lawsuit starting on Embody, I'd love to join.

Great experience with the process easy to follow and good costumer services. Medication came quick and most important very affordable price.
