Quick and easy to sign up. Emma reached out to me and answered all my questions. She was so nice, supportive and not pushy like other places are. Customer service at its finest. I’m so glad I decided to go with Amble.

Horrific Customer Service. Trying to change my plan from one month to three months was made nearly impossible for me, ultimately leading to me being charged for an entire new month, which is their highest priced option. And then to top it off, they gave me a script prescribing half of the units that I should’ve been taking for over three weeks. I found the discrepancy. It took days to get a response from their said doctor, which turned out to be an answer to a question I never even asked….and I’m still waiting for clarification. Product was lost, gains in my weight loss journey were lost. Customer service holds no responsibility for their errors and I would not recommend this company!
