If the rest of my journey with Amble goes like it has so far I'll be thrilled. Everything is going smoothly, my meds came early, the communication is great and they've done everything they promised to do.

I received a three-month starter kit from Amble, I opened the box and received one vial labeled at 3ml. This vial was halfway full and I thought to myself ( maybe a new vial is sent each month or possibly 6/8 weeks from starting the injections. The doses increase each month once you start. To my surprise, I was informed that this was the correct amount for 12 weeks with the doses being increased month to month! I sent in a picture showing what was remaining after a month of injections at the starting dosage amount. This concerned me because I was told this was enough for the 8 remaining weeks with the higher doses! What a joke! I explained that there was no possible way and that I would run out after the next two doses at the increased amount, which meant I was shorted for 6 injections! I was then informed that these vials were machine dispensed and there was no mistake in the amount! WOW! So, I went to the website to read this policy! I also see a section that ( I quote) reads _ IF YOU RUN OUT EARLIER THAN EXPECTED! Why would we run out of a dosage earlier than expected, I followed the directions and injected the correct amount ( so why would I be out 6 doses early) ! MAKES NO SENSE ! I than informed the customer service that this was wrong and that maybe if I keep the doses at the beginning low dose amount it may last up to 8 or 9 injections, but still not 12. Also, this would still be wrong any way you look at it, because I would not be increasing the doses per instructions and still fall short at least a month of injections.

I have had a very good experience with Amble and can highly recommend their service and product. Their prices are good on a comparative scale to other pharmacies and absolutely compared to namebrand products not covered by insurance. The system is thorough and doctors are available for consultation. I prefer the online method myself. I have lost an average of 6 pounds per month since I started and I’m well on my journey to my goal weight.
