Terrible customer service. They do not reply to ANYTHING. They have hired "double the staff" since taking over 2 other companies..... but service is worse. Here you go folks. Call 888-511-5391. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my medication that they have already taken the money for, but no product and I am weeks past due on taking it. I will say I gave them 2 stars because I have lost 65 +/- pounds since I started about 10 months ago. The medicine works ... only if you get the product. I have had nothing but issues with their customer service since a few months after I started.

Been with amble for over a yr, thanks to them i have lost weight and feel better, Orders have been received in a timely manner and really never any issues, also replaced a order that thefedex driver left at some random address, Would definitely recommend using amble!

Great medication. Works super well. No side effects other than first few weeks. Communication has been great too. They get back to you quite quickly. I would highly recommend Amble.

HORRIBLE, barely legit whenever I have questions about the medication. I cannot get anyone to respond in the chat and there’s no phone number to reach out. I’ve been double charged numerous times had prescriptions delayed for over a month and also had RX take five days to ship to me, arriving in a spoiled unusable condition with no refund. If their process goes smoothly, then fine which happened once out of the past five months the rest of the times I’ve had a major issue and had to dispute the charges on my credit card.
