I’ll give a longer review of Amble below but I’m here to provide a shout out to Maria on the customer care team. Responded quickly and was thorough and took care of everything I needed when I had a question about an upcoming medication refill. It was a great experience working with her and one that I think others should know about as they think of working with Amble. Thank you Maria! Now. For the larger review…… You’re here for the same reason I was here before I decided to go with Amble. Are they trustworthy? Do they provide good customer service? Do they do what they say they’re going to do. My experience thus far has been YES. I think the first step is understanding how the customer support and medical team chats work. You are not going to be in a “live/real time” conversation. You send a message, it goes into a queue and they get back to you. Often times within 24 hours (I don’t recall waiting much beyond that anytime I reached out with a question). If you send multiple messages, or “check back in” the message goes to the back of the line and only delays your response time. I’ve found the team on the other end to be caring and professional and genuinely are trying to help and do their jobs well. I do think there’s a fair amount that people don’t quite understand about meds concentration. Dosages. And calculating all of that and when you combine that with the cost of some of these meds…that raises anxiety and hostility in the chats. My best advice is to trust the process. Follow the provided instructions and dosages - if you have questions, ask. But be a little patient and you’ll get the answers you need. Next. Don’t sign up for anything you’re not willing to stick to. If you want to go month to month. Then that’s fine. If you want to go quarterly to save some cash. That’s fine. If you want to prepay for an entire year to save even more cash. That’s fine. But understand the trade offs. Shorter commitment means higher cost. Longer commitment saves money but don’t expect to declare yourself done with the treatment mid way through and want money back. I chose to go with quarterly. I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience (you see a wide range on all the review sites) but mine has been nothing but positive with Amble. Meds have arrived on time. Any messages I have sent have been answered more than satisfactorily - I. couldn’t ask for anything else.

Signed up today. I have had very quick responses directly from one individual to guide me through the process with any questions.

Emma and the entire Amble team, including Holly, is absolutely amazing and responsive to any questions or concerns!

I am happy with my weight loss journey with Amble. I do wish however that I could loose the weight a bit faster, even though I know that slower is better in the long run. All of my questions have been completely answered so far and that is encouraging.

Love amble and completely recommend!!

So far great customer service and I just joined yesterday. I already set up my page that tracks my progress. I like that there are no membership fees.

It was just really easy and straight forward. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend it
