I’ve only been taking simaglutide for about a week and I’ve already noticed a difference on the food noise especially. Just in the first week, I was able to lose almost 2 pounds. You feel full longer and it doesn’t take as much to get full.

Terrible customer service, both from the doctors and the customer service team. I emailed them immediately to cancel an accidental refill that was placed about two months after I had stopped taking the GLP-1 injections. I haven’t used these injections since May because it affected my cycle and i wasn’t loosing weight so I had no intention of ordering another refill. Unfortunately, I didn’t hear back for SEVERAL DAYS, and by the time they finally responded, they said the order had already “shipped” and could no longer be canceled. Because they failed to respond to my request in a timely manner, I lost $480!! on medication I don’t use There was absolutely no sense of urgency in handling this situation, even though I contacted them trying to stop the order before it was processed. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company

So far my experience has been awful! My package came warm with melted ice packs. I reached out to customer service and havent received a response. Awful company!
