The support staff was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure every question was answered quickly trough the challenge and after. What made my experience great with The Flipping Dirt Challenge with Mr. Joe McCall was his teaching style. He makes selling vacant land easy to comprehend and encourages you while teaching. His sense of humor makes the rest of the experience rememberable. His dedication in helping others succeed shows in the passionate way he teaches. He gives life applicable examples to demonstrate what he's teaching. His team is top notch and are excellent at what they do as well and they actually care and want you to be successful also. Keep up the excellent job Mr. McCall and Team McCall! God Bless you all!

I was an experienced land buyer for many years. I knew by the end of the first session with Joe and Gavin that I would do this, because their knowledge base AND support structure is really impressive. By the end of Day 5, I put my money where my mouth is (so to speak)! It’s not only brilliant, but it’s also the beginning of a long term relationship!

Joe , Appears to be a very humble guy! What I loved about his training is that he was very calm , precise, he went over the info repeatedly, as to ensure that we comprehend the info given. He also does not appear to be greedy , which in turn he will make a lot of money. He is for the people!! Love this guy! THANKS JOE.

The Dirt Flipper Challenge exceeded my expectations. The program takes a truly hands-on approach, breaking down every stage of land investing into actionable, easy-to-follow steps. What stood out most was how clear and concise the teaching style was: high-level strategy combined with low-level execution that shows you exactly what to do and when to do it. Whether you're brand new or looking to scale, this challenge lays out a clear pathway to dirt-flipping success. It’s not just theory, it’s a guided experience that gives you the confidence, tools, and mindset to make your first deal happen. — Nams, Investor & Entrepreneur

Joe gave valuable information each day, the homework assignments Facebook were great to practice the concepts he taught during his sessions. Having the 2 levels of VIP was great - very convenient to have the replays for the QandA session since I could not attend 2 sessions in one day.
