I attended Joe’s 5 Day and it was a very insightful week. He gave out a lot of free information. Having access to a Facebook group with others was helping to keep me engaged. Also the day homework tasks was great to put action behind what was learned that day! Would definitely recommend attending if interested in a new way of investing!

This challenge was amazing and life changing. It gave me confidence and helped me even build discipline for what I need to continue to do. I learned so much and I know that taking action with this will take me where I need to go!

The Flip Dirt Challenge was very informative, easy to understand, I would recommend to others & looking forward to partnership & success with what I learned.

My Trust Pilot Recommendation & Review of Dirt Flippers & Joe McCall's Mentorship Program, that I shall send to them My Trust Pilot Recommendation & Review of Dirt Flippers & Joe McCall's Mentorship Program, that I shall send to them: I just completed Joe's Incredible Five Day Challenge - and I am MIGHTY GLAD I DID THIS CHALLENGE & I WOULD DO IT AGAIN TOO, IF I WAS ANYONE OUT THERE LOOKING FOR AN EXCELLENT PROGRAM TO GET INTO REAL ESTATE FAST & MAKE MONEY AT IT TOO, NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE IN YOUR LIFE AT PRESENT, YOU WILL NOT REGRET GETTING STARTED WITH THIS 5-DAY CHALLENGE AND THEN JOINING JOE'S FULL M'SHIP PROGRAM Here are more thoughts from me: Joe & Gavin showed us this week how Flipping Dirt, in this era of competitive Real Estate transactions, done the right way, with All their systems & assistance & mentoring & giving us partnership opportunities as well, can produce fast & steady income for all of us who take immediate ACTION!! Is that not exactly what most of us need or want out of doing Real Estate?? So, we actually do what Joe teaches & shows us what & how to do all this the Right Way❣️ What I loved about this week too was Joe’s delivery & clarity & well thought out instruction to us. Taught with good humor & a willingness to take all Qs with patience & being okay to repeat & clarify all aspects of what he is teaching us. A true teacher, who also practices in his own business what he teaches & preaches!! Delivered with no BS & with conviction, as it all clearly comes from years of his own experience of doing this kind of Real Estate, to get to where he and his Team of dedicated folk are at this point in their careers. So, now they are able to share all this with us. How Great for us!!! Joe will be encouraging us all along the way too, his Dedication to us is Evident & Clear!! Joe’s Team was also caring & encouraging to all of us, & they all participated in this training in one way or another. A testament to Joe & Dirt Flippers as well As a Real Estate Agent myself, with 25 yrs under my belt in both Commercial & residential Real Estate & as a long term Investor as well, having come through the huge financial meltdown of 2008 to around 2016/17, having survived all that & done multiple courses over the years myself, I fully recommend Joe McCall & his incredible Team of DIRT Flippers to Y’All. Do not hesitate! Jump in with full force & enthusiasm into Joe’s mentoring & training program! There are not many teachers out there who do what they teach & who care so much about their students to do a program such as this, with all the guarantees & bonuses Joe offers!! Grab it Guys & Gals! It is the Real Deal!! Come & join me in joining them!! Let’s Do this❣️❣️🙋🏻‍♀️🙏 Christina Poodt

I just completed Joe McCalls' 5 Day Flip Dirt Challenge and it was well worth the time investment. I had an idea of what "Flipping Dirt" entailed but I went into the challenge with an open mind. The content was presented in a way that was easy to grasp, understand & apply immediately through daily task that had to be completed and were directly related to the content covered for that day. No long drawn out complicated, round about, confusing presentation. Furthermore, Joe's method of flipping land offers techniques that will give land flippers a competitive edge in the market because he focuses on marketing and how to build a list of buyers (eager to buy land and are looking for deals) and how & where to identify sellers, how to make the offers, how to get funding for deals and how to structure the deals to make a profit. I would definitely recommend taking the 5 Day Challenge.

Laurel and I just completed the 5 Day Challenge with Joe, Gavin and the team. The methodical, step by step approach to research and finding the deals gives us the confidence that we are not alone in this adventure to live the life of our dreams and travel with our rescue dogs. The support has been great and prompt. The tools and software are amazing. If you're looking for a vehicle to put you on the road to freedom, we highly recommend this vehicle. Looking forward to flipping dirt and making the rest of our lives the best of our lives with the help of Dirt Flippers and Joe.

The class was very insightful. I didn’t join because of lack of funds at this moment. But I have a house in Detroit up for sale & a .25 acre lot in Los Lunas, NM for sale & when they sell, I’m all over this program.
