I just completed the 5-day flipping dirt challenge. He gives a lot of information, with very specific details. I really appreciated that a lot of this work can be done totally free, by using resources that are available to us, which was shared in the classes. Obviously, their mentoring and coaching program gives a lot more, but some of us don't have any of the funds at this time to qualify for that. Hopefully, we can do a deal or two, the slower way, and then use some of those funds to buy our way in. Joe is the real deal!

If you’re serious about land investing, Dirtflippers.com is the gold standard—and Joe is the expert you want in your corner. His experience, insight, and step-by-step guidance make what could feel overwhelming incredibly accessible. Joe doesn’t just teach theory—he shows you how to get real results, with clear systems and real-world examples that work. He’s approachable, down-to-earth, and truly passionate about helping others succeed in the land flipping space. Whether you’re just getting started or ready to scale, Joe and Dirtflippers.com are the real deal. Highly recommend!

A short ago I saw a online program that was hosted by Joe Mccall and did in fact go thru short webinar sessions. I really didn't give it serious thought until my recent exposure to the 5 day challenge program and decided to take a leap of faith and go thru and watch all 5 sessions including the bonus sessions. I was in a position to purchase the Dirt Flippers Mentoring program and did so. I liked the detailed presentation that Joe and Gavin presented, the information on how the process of flipping "dirt" worked. I believe this niche with the lack of competition, lack of the tasks that I had to undertake with flipping houses is not something I will need to deal with. I am "ALL IN". Dedicating time to undertake the marketing and finding motivated sellers and buyers and of course the importance of making offers is not a problem. The only person I have to report to is myself, so my success in this program will be directly related to my effort and motivation and making use of the resources and the dirt flipper community will play a huge part in my success. So thank you Joe for offering this unique real estate program! I will start out small (1 or 2 deals/month) and ramp up over a period of time, and avail myself of a VA when appropriate. I do have a technical background so that will come in handy, especially in using Freedomsoft to track leads and direct mail and text campaigns. I already have an LLC that is perfect for this business and also a website that I have re-purposed for my new dirt flipping business. I look forward to great success in the future !!!

I just finish taking Joes 5 day challenge. I have not yet had success, but it’s only been a day and he tells you it’s not a get rich quick kind of thing. The webinars are very informative and the things he is saying as far as how to have success are similar to things I have been told as a realtor, like follow up is key, most deals will come after the initial contact, you have to do the activities, if you don’t take action you won’t succeed, and you will get a lot of rejection but you have to keep going to succeed. I am excited to see how I can use the lessons I have learned to invest in myself as well as give me another avenue to help people in my real estate business.

This is by far the greatest course I have ever bought. The training is spot on. Do the 5 day challenge you wont regret it. Then jump on board and join the Dirt Flippers.

He did a great job explaining how everything works and gives great information in each day of the challenge its worth its weight in gold if you use it!

The course was clear and practical.

I will recommend this course to anyone, that wants to learn Real Estate buying and selling land/lots. Joe McCall, made you feel very comfortable and explain the course at a level that didn't overwhelmed you.
